* Check the ‘Reservation' tab and the drop-down menu from it at the top of the webpage.
* Click on the ‘Change or View Reservation' option from the drop-down menu. To see your booking, enter your booking confirmation number and last name, or your frequent flyer number.
* You now have the option to alter or cancel your reservation. After a flight is cancelled, a refund is issued according to the airline's policies.
